TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ELIGIBILITY
1.1. This “Celebrate Diwali with Six Pack Nutrition & win silver / gold coins” (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) is organized by UTH Beverage Factory Private Limited (“Six Pack Nutrition”).
1.2. This Contest shall be open between Oct 31st, 2018 to Nov 11th, 2018 Midnight (IST) (“Contest Period”). Every customer who has purchased Six Pack Supplement (“SPN Product”) worth more than 2000/- INR from www.sixpacknutrition.in (“Website”) during the Contest Period will be eligible to participate in the Contest (“Participant”).
1.3. The Participant must be above 18 (eighteen) years of age and should be an Indian national.
1.4.The Contest is open to all, except for all employees and agents of Six Pack Nutrition, UTH beverage Factory Private Limited, their affiliates, any other prize sponsor, any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Contest,. Any such entry, even if successful, shall be cancelled.
1.5. Every Participant understands, recognizes and agrees that Six Pack Nutrition reserves the right, at any time to verify the eligibility and disqualify any person who does not satisfy the above eligibility criteria at any time during the Contest Period.
1.6. The Participant acknowledges that the Contest is made on a “best effort” basis and participation is voluntary. The Contest is entirely complementary and the Contest is offered to Six Pack’s customers at no cost or detriment to the customers. Any Six Pack customer whether participating in the Contest or not can purchase SPN Product at the same price without incurring any additional cost.
HOW TO ENTER
2.1. The Participants can enter the Contest anytime during the Contest Period.
2.2. For every Participant, there are easy ways to register for the Contest:
– Buy any SPN products exceeding INR 2000/- from www.sixpacknutrition.in in single ORDER ONLY.
2.3. To be eligible for the Contest, the Participant needs to buy SPN Product through the Website during the Contest Period. The Participant will be eligible for prize only after the product has been delivered. If any Participant has registered himself / herself but not purchased any SPN Product during the Contest Period, such Participant will be disqualified from the Contest.
DETAILS OF CONTEST
3.1.To participate in the Contest, a Participant needs to (i) buy an SPN Products through the Website for amount exceeding INR 2000/- only (ii) more than two products of SPN will only qualify for greater than INR 2000/- qualifying criteria if they are in one order ONLY. A participant is automatically registered for the Contest if she/he buys SPN Product(s) exceeding INR 2000/-in one ORDER ONLY through the Website during the Contest Period.
3.2. The draw of lots will be held on or after 14th Nov, 2018. The winners of the Contest will be declared on Six Pack Nutrition Facebook page, and the Contest page. The winners will also receive an email or phone call declaring the same.
OTHER CONTESTS
4.1. Besides the Contest, there might be independent small contests on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram with SPN Products or merchandise as prizes. These contests will have individual terms and conditions and will not determine the winner of the Contest.
PRIZES
5.1. Prizes – Winner of contest will be announced selected from all SPN customers qualifying for the contest. Prize would be subject to delivery within 45 days from the day winner is announced.
5.2. Specification of Silver/ Gold Coin
999 Purity Silver/Gold Coin rates as per on 15th Nov 2018
All prizes will be given as per above rates irrespective of whether price changes or not.
5.3. Prizes can be given in the form actual coins as per rates mentioned above or gift vouchers of amount equivalent to above mentioned rates as per the sole discretion of Six Pack Nutrition
Other peripherals as prizes will be given as per sole discretion of SPN
5.4. The Participants agree that Six Pack’s decisions related to the Contest and all drawings are final.
5.5. There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part. However, in circumstances beyond our control, we may substitute a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value in our sole discretion.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
6.1. The Participant must fulfill all eligibility requirements.
6.2. Participant cannot cancel his/her order after the prizes have been announced. Participant shall provide proof of purchase in case of being declared as winner. If the Participant fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for any prize in the contest.
6.3. Participants shall be required to ensure that the mobile number (s), e-mail address and/or other details provided by them on the Website or otherwise are true, accurate and in use. Any liability, consequence or claim arising on account of any incorrect or outdated information provided by the Participants to Six Pack Nutrition shall solely be borne by the affected / concerned Participants. Six Pack Nutrition shall at no time be required to verify the accuracy and/or correctness of the information so provided by the Participants. Further, Participants will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their mobile phones, e-mail accounts and passwords.
6.4. An order cancelled will not yield entry into the Contest.
6.5. An entrant cannot win more than 1 prize at the same time.
6.6.By participating in this Contest, all eligible Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, the terms of use, privacy policy and other relevant documentation that are available on the Website www.sixpacknutrition.in including any modifications, alterations or updates.
6.7. Six Pack Nutrition reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant that tampers or attempts to violate these terms and conditions or acts in a disruptive manner.
6.8. Six Pack Nutrition expressly reserve the right at any time and without previous notice to the Participant, to add/or alter, modify, change or vary all or any one of these terms and conditions or to replace wholly or in part this Contest by another Contest or withdraw it altogether.
6.9. By participating in the Contest, the Participant shall be legally bound hereby, to release from liability, and hold harmless Six Pack Nutrition, and any of its employees or agents representing or related to SPN from any and all liability for personal injuries (including death), property loss or damage, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or participation in the Contest, even if caused or contributed to by our negligence. Once Six Pack Nutrition has fulfilled the prize distribution as per these contest rules and regulations, no further liability may be held against Six Pack Nutrition, its employees or agents.
6.10. The Contest is governed by the laws of India and any dispute arising out of this Contest shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Courts at Pune.
